PROTEOMIC STUDY OF CARBAPENEM-RESISTANT K. PNEUMONIAE CLINICAL ISOLATES
نویسندگان
چکیده
Objective: Now it's a worldwide issue that carbapenem resistance is spreading. This has made K. pneumoniae infections more difficult to treat. All Klebsiella pneumonia's proteins were examined in this study, which focused on the carbapenem-resistant bacteria's response meropenem. Methods: Proteomics (MALDI-TOF) and bioinformatics methods combined answer new enigma of resistance. Functional annotation, pathway enrichment protein–protein interaction some uses data. Both KEGG STRING played an important role (PPI). Results: Proteins help synthesise DNA RNA, aid degradation, energy intermediate metabolism are all subdivided into two classes.007A Conclusion: Bacterial survival meropenem may have been aided by four overexpressed their partners. A anti-resistance medication based these could restrict growth "bad bugs."

Limiting and controlling carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae
Carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae (CRKP) is resistant to almost all antimicrobial agents, is associated with substantial morbidity and mortality, and poses a serious threat to public health. The ongoing worldwide spread of this pathogen emphasizes the need for immediate intervention. This article reviews the global spread and risk factors for CRKP colonization/infection, and provides a...

Background and Objectives: Klebsiella pneumonia is a facultative anaerobe bacterium from enterobacteriaceae family, which causes a wide range of diseases, such as urinary tract infections, cystitis, pneumonia, surgical wounds infections, infectious endocarditis, and diffused infections, especially in patients with HIV infection and immunosuppression. The aim of this study was to identify carbap...
متن کاملSpread of OXA-48-positive carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae isolates in Istanbul, Turkey.
The first outbreak of carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae isolates producing the plasmid-encoded carbapenem-hydrolyzing oxacillinase OXA-48 is reported. The 39 isolates belonged to two different clones and were collected at the University Hospital of Istanbul, Turkey, from May 2006 to February 2007, and they coproduced various beta-lactamases (SHV-12, OXA-9, and TEM-1 for clone A and CTX...
متن کاملDraft Genome Sequences of Three Hypervirulent Carbapenem-Resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae Isolates from Bacteremia
Hypervirulent Klebsiella pneumoniae strains have been increasingly reported worldwide, and there is emergence of carbapenem resistance among them. Here, we report the genome sequences of three carbapenem-resistant hypervirulent K. pneumoniae isolates isolated from bacteremic patients at a tertiary-care center in South India.

Background: Carbapenemase genes have been spread among strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae that make them resistant to carbapenems. Hence, the present study aimed to study the prevalence of carbapenmase genes within K. pneumoniae isolates in Kermanshah medical centers. Methods: Sixty isolates of K. pneumoniae were collected and identified using API kit. Then, antibiotic susceptibility of isolat...
